- In his role as the Texas Secretary of State, Rolando promoted Texas nationally and internationally and attracted numerous large companies to Texas.
- Rolando brings an extensive network of economic development contacts across Texas, the U.S., and beyond. He was CEO of the only binational economic development organization in the US. He will leverage this network to strengthen our city’s economic position.
- As a business owner, Rolando understands the barriers faced by small businesses – especially those imposed by local government. He will work to eliminate these barriers.
