Career Accomplishments
As the former Texas Secretary of State, Rolando’s main job was to travel the world to attract major businesses to Texas. Rolando played a pivotal role in fostering international partnerships and driving economic growth across the state. His leadership extended to economic development initiatives, where he worked tirelessly to attract businesses, create jobs, and strengthen local economies.
As mayor, Rolando will do the same for San Antonio.
Beyond public office, Rolando has held key leadership positions in the private sector, focusing on industries that are vital to San Antonio’s growth, including energy, infrastructure, and education.
